Who We Are

The Bucks County Recovery House Association is a group of dedicated recovery house owners and managers, probation and parole officers, mental health professionals, and drug and alcohol treatment professionals who work together to provide private self-funded housing to those individuals in need of long-term support in order to successfully maintain a drug and alcohol free lifestyle.

Our goal with this website is to provide you with information about The Recovery House Association and contact information for our member houses.

What Are Recovery Houses?

Recovery houses are private homes that rent to individuals in early recovery from drug addiction and alcoholism.   Generally speaking,

  • you must be clean and sober before entering a house and stay clean and sober.
  • follow the house rules and participate in the structured program of the house that will support you in maintaining a clean and sober life.
  • have a job or get a job and pay your rent.
